Since our inception in 1958, Check-All Valve has expanded from producing one valve with one material to manufacturing a series of valves in a wide range of materials. Many companies manufacture check valves in addition to other product lines; however, Check-All Valve is dedicated solely to the design and manufacture of spring loaded check valves.
We have become an internationally recognized company for quality, innovation, and cost efficiency. We recognize that the customer is #1 and we will continue to build our foundation for success on SERVICE TO EACH CUSTOMER. Along with our many standard / space saving designs, we can design and manufacture our check valves for almost any application. Our customers can be assured that all of our check valves are rugged, efficient, and built to perform to their specifications.
Whether you need a high quality check valve for your standard application or have special requirements, make Check-All your first choice. You will find that our quality, innovation, and service will exceed your expectations.
|Style F1, F6, FP (FIV)
The Flange Insert Valve can be installed in any ANSI class 150, 300, or 600 flanged connection in the system, horizontally or vertically with no alterations to existing pipe necessary. Simply spread a flanged joint, insert the valve, and tighten the bolts.
|Style WV (WIV)
The Wafer Insert valve has a “drop in” body style that fits inside the bolt circle between two mating ANSI flanges. Quick and easy installations and removal in rigid piping applications. Many valves in this series meet API 594 requirements.
|Style LP (LPI)
The Lined Pipe Insert check valve is designed to fit between two flanges on most lined pipe systems. No gaskets are required, just spread the flanges, center the valve, and bolt the flanges.
|Style SC (SCV)
The Sanitary Cartridge Valve is a 316 stainless steel check valve for use in new or existing sanitary systems. The SCV design seals on the ID of sanitary ferrules with replaceable food grade seals.
|Style 3S (3SC)
The 3-A Sanitary Check Valve is an all 316/316L stainless steel check valve for use in new or existing sanitary systems. The compact 3S design fits inside a single set of ferrules with 3-A specified materials (standard is EPDM), and requires no additional space in the line. The valve is designed to be easily disassembled and spare parts are available.
|Style CB, TC (SIV)
The Sanitary Insert Valve is an all fluoropolymer (PTFE/FEP/PFA), check valve with a 316 stainless steel spring (which can be FEP encapsulated) for use in new or existing sanitary systems. The valve is designed to fit into grooved end clamp type fittings and replaces the gasket normally used with these fittings.
|Style UV (UIV)
The Union Insert Valve is designed to be inserted into most ground joint unions. It provides the most simple and economical way to install a check valve into a system.
|Style SI (SSI)
The Straight Sided Insert valve is a thread-less check valve designed for use in any cavity where a check valve is needed and threads are not desired.
|Styles U3 (UN-3) and U1 (UN-10)
The Universal Low (to 3,000 psig) and High (to 10,000 psig) pressure check valves have a single piece body construction machined from bar stock. These economical valves are designed for maximum flow with minimum pressure drop.
|Style US (UN-SW)
The Universal Socket Weld check valve is designed for use in applications where weld joints are required. The housed design of the UN-SW allows for minimum pressure drop when a light spring setting is used.
|Style B4 (B4)
The Butt Weld check valve is designed for use in applications where weld joints are required. It is machined from bar stock with butt weld ends per ASME/ANSI B16.25 for schedule 40 pipe.
|Style CN (CON)
The Connector check valve is designed for use in applications where male pipe threads are required. The hex nipple or connector housing design allows for ease in installation either as a check valve, vacuum breaker or low-pressure relief valve.
|Style BU (BU)
The Bushing check valve is compactly housed in a common reducing coupling. It’s size makes it convenient for use as a vacuum breaker or low-pressure relief valve.
|Style HV (HVFD)
The Horizontal/Vertical Flanged and Drilled Valve is a one-piece cast body valve with ANSI/ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanged ends. It is available in ANSI 150 only. These valves are designed for use with mating ANSI class 150 flanges for maximum flow with minimum pressure drop.
|Style HT (HVFD-T)
The Horizontal/Vertical Flanged & Drilled-Fluoropolymer (PTFE) Lined check valve is a one-piece cast body valve with ANSI/ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanged ends. It has a solid one-piece PTFE liner that extends over the raised face portion of the flange face to serve as the gasket. All wetted parts are fluoropolymer (PTFE/FEP/PFA) including the FEP encapsulated Stainless Steel spring.
|Styles M1 – M8 (MCV)
The Mini-Check Valve is a three-piece construction check valve. The MCV is designed to work well in smaller pipe and/or tubing applications. Its three-piece design allows for many different end connections with NPT on both ends or with NPT on one end and tubing on the other.
|Style TCV (TV)
The Tubing Check Valve is a three-piece construction check valve designed for use with straight metal tube. The TCV is furnished complete with ferrules and nuts for compression tube connections. The housed design of the TCV allows for minimum pressure drop when a light spring setting is used.
|Style TF (TCV-F)
The Tubing Check Valve-Flared is a three-piece construction check valve with 37oflared ends that conform to J. I. C. and SAE Hydraulic Standards. The housed design allows for minimal pressure drop when a light spring setting is used.
The CAV series of valves are not catalog items but rather are custom designed and tailored to meet customer specific connections or valve configurations. If you have a check valve application where our standard catalog items do not quite match what you are looking for, contact our sales department to discuss your specific needs.
